                Required profile: retired or pre-retired former executive of an SME producing fruit juices

                Applicant: an SME in Senegal created in 2018, located in the suburbs of Dakar, Senegal – already manufactures around 2,000 bottles/month

                 Project: increase production to around 6,000 bottles/month

                           > Assist with strategic business planning:  sales – organization – performance indicators.

                          > Improve business management.

• Cosmetics consulting for Morocco and Ivory Coast

                Applicants:

                       > 1 SME (women's cooperative) located in Tiznit, Morocco, employing 7 permanent and 5 seasonal workers in soap and cosmetics manufacturing.

                       > 1 SME located in Seguela, Ivory Coast, specializing in the manufacture of cosmetics from honey

                Project for both SMEs:

                      > Strengthening production capacities

                      > Commercial and digital development

                      > Strengthening cooperation with local structures

              Specificity for Ivory Coast:

                     > Cosmetics made from honey

                     > Remote mission to be planned
